Adult Gymnastics Session - 18+
Our gymnastics class for 18+ years old is also a great way to have fun, stay fit, and make new friends in a supportive and encouraging environment. You'll be able to challenge yourself, set new goals, and push your limits in a safe and controlled setting. The class runs for 1 hour, giving you plenty of time to learn and practice your skills.
To top it off, your first session is completely free! This is a fantastic opportunity to try out gymnastics and see if it's the right activity for you. Our coaches are always there to help you achieve your goals, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level.
